Divine Nine Build Challenge
Our Founders built a legacy of service. Now it's our turn to build homes.
The Fort Hood Area Habitat for Humanity invites the Divine Nine to participate in the inaugural Divine Nine Founders Year Build Challenge, a friendly fundraising competition dedicated to helping veterans and deserving families achieve the dream of homeownership.
Each organization is challenged to raise a dollar amount representing its Founders Year, with all proceeds benefiting Habitat's Homeownership Program. Together, we can help build safe, affordable homes while honoring the principles of scholarship, service, leadership, and community that unite us.
The competition culminates on October 11, 2026, with one organization earning the title of Build Challenge Champion and special recognition during our annual Project Playhouse event.
This isn't about which organization is the largest.
It's about which organization can make the greatest impact.
One Mission. Nine Organizations. Countless Lives Changed.
Your support helps:
- Build homes for veterans and deserving families.
- Create generational wealth through homeownership.
- Strengthen communities across Central Texas.
- Continue the legacy of service established by our Founders.
