You're invited to be a part of something truly special—Project Playhouse 2025 with The Fort Cavazos Community Habitat for Humanity on October 11th!
We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make the day a success! Whether you’re assembling, painting, or decorating playhouses, assisting with concessions, joining a build team, or simply stepping in wherever an extra hand is needed, your time and energy are what bring this event to life.
New this year, we’ll be hosting volunteer training sessions to help everyone feel confident and prepared. Trainings will be held twice a day on September 13th and 27th. Each session is scheduled to last about an hour—though we doubt it’ll take that long. These quick, helpful meetings are a great way to meet fellow volunteers and learn how you can make the biggest impact on event day.
Throughout Project Playhouse, you’ll work alongside sponsors and recipient families to help create one-of-a-kind playhouses—spaces filled with creativity, joy, and meaning. These playhouses aren’t just for fun—they represent safety, imagination, and the early seeds of homeownership and responsibility.
No experience needed—just a willingness to help and a heart for service.
